Vintage 1980’s Perry Ellis Leopard Faux Fur Coat. Coat is stunning in appearance, Faux fur looks amazing and no bald spots. The coat; large shoulder pads, has a 2″collar, 4″ lapel, with large oversize pockets 8″ wide and 9″ length, and has three buttons (1/top, 1/middle, and 1/inside). Coat tag; Size 4, but the coat is oversized which reflects the style of the 80’s. The coat is lined 100% Acetate, Made in America, Union Label, and Imported Fabric. The designers for Perry Ellis in the 80’s were Isaac Mizrahi (82-84) and Marc Jacobs (88-93). Please review the measurements I have provided below. Excellent Vintage Condition. No tears, holes or discoloration.

History: Perry Edwin Ellis (1940-1986) was a true sportswear designer with clothes that cross the line from lounging to activity. In 1975, he created the division which he name Portfolio. He began designing women’s clothing in 1976 and started his men’s line in 1980. For men of a certain generation, the Perry Ellis look of the early ‘80s was a classic.
