Vintage 1980’s by Starina. This beautiful long and sleeveless dress,  is bold with large Yellow flowers on a black and white background. Dress has a tie in back like a corset, so it becomes very flattering to your silhouette. Dress size Medium, but please go by the measurements that I provided below. This dress has been stored with love and care.  The colors are still very vibrant. Excellent Vintage Condition, no tears, rips, stains, or discoloration. Fabric content is 100% Rayon.

Measurements of garment were taken lying flat. Please Double: Bust 18″, Waist 17 1/2, Hips are free flowing. Actual: Dress length 52″ and width of the bottom is 44″ (so you can swirl if you like!)
